3. Payments and subscriptions
Where subscription payments are available, they are processed by the designated merchant of record or payment provider, including Dodo Payments where shown at checkout. Payment service providers may independently collect billing and payment information under their own policies. Lyostelyx should not require you to submit full payment-card credentials through this static website.
4. Website hosting
This website is hosted using Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare may process technical request data necessary to deliver and protect the website, under its own applicable terms and policies. This website package does not embed advertising trackers, social media pixels, or behavioral analytics scripts by default. If such services are added later, this policy must be updated.
Website Study Lab and account sign-in
The optional browser Study Lab stores the flashcards you create and practice statistics in this browser's local storage. They are not synchronized with your Windows app or sent to Lyostelyx servers by the Study Lab. You can delete them through your browser storage settings or the Study Lab controls. Exporting a study file creates a download on your device; it does not upload to us.
When you sign in on the website, authentication requests are handled by Supabase, which provides your account session. The website keeps temporary session tokens in this browser tab's session storage and uses your authenticated token to request access to the existing Dodo customer portal through a same-origin Cloudflare proxy. Do not sign in on shared devices. The public website does not collect your password in Lyostelyx's own web server; it sends authentication credentials directly to Supabase over HTTPS.
5. Purposes of processing
Information may be used to provide and secure accounts and study features, maintain access to purchased subscriptions, help with support requests, improve reliability, and meet legal obligations. Processing must be limited to what is necessary for those purposes.
6. Retention and deletion
Retention and deletion depend on the actual authentication, backup, synchronization, and account-deletion flows implemented in the released app, as well as any legal records that must be retained. 7. Children and AI features
